Good work life balance most times

Inconvénients

Non existent work culture Non motivational and unintelligent senior leaders Pointless copy paste work No benefits allocated to employees Below average pay Unintelligent work, no learning at all No training at all No career progression as even after a promotion the work is the same as before

I love how the team is so dedicated to supporting each other and always improving. This shows up internally and with the customers. So refreshing.

Inconvénients

It's mostly remote now but exploring hybrid options.

Inconvénients

As a global organization, we we work with team members in different time zones and are often required to work beyond a typical 9-5 schedule. More HR initiatives are required for remote team members to better collaborate and engage with their geographically dispersed team members
