      Avantages

      The pay is decent and you can work remotely.

      Inconvénients

      There is absolutely no support. Tasks are given with no training, instructions or direction and when unable to complete the task or the task isn't to management's liking you will get talked down in front of other employees and clients. The hours are also long. Working 12 hours almost everyday is pretty normal. The company lacks proper management and is run very poorly. I would not recommend working here.

      If you love direct contacts with customers, that’s the place to be. Amazing relationships based on true partnership to build the best solution. I enjoy hearing my clients sharing the impact we have on their employees.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of work! Which in my case is a good thing the more I do the more t sale the more I make

      Avantages

      Company is filled with genuine and kind people doing meaningful work. Having resources in the US and EMEA gives global coverage and a lot of opportunity. On Trend with the use of agentic AI in the HR Space while still offering powerful options for HR service center personnel.

      Inconvénients

      Would be great to get together in-person more often to increase company synergy and align on market prioritization and cross-training.
