      Lots of benifits eg. they provide transportation and other basic facility. Work is not that hectic as compared to that in private sector

      Inconvénients

      But the earning is too low so better to switch to foreign country and get paid well.

      Good work environment and Salary, Training and equal opportunity. Good Incentive and Bonus.

      Inconvénients

      Difficult to get hired as candidate must passed the written exams. Too many candidates applying for limited positions.
