many professional colleagues can share experience with graduates and interns.The studios are formed by different products, freshman can learn the practical skills through a practical game.It would be a rapid path to grow.
Inconvénients
cant avoid work over time for the work pressure. for the competency of the market, every product is struggling for releasing the game and updates to attract more and more players, so the development lifecycle would not be too long, and the team members have to work under pressure.
