      Avantages

      Culture, people, offices look great, environment at office is relaxed, free breakfasts and beer, free classes, lots of activities and events, the company values the people and believes in them, work/life balance

      not much accountability, recruitment process takes long

      none - unless you value arrogance, abuse and being everyone's carpet

      Inconvénients

      No HR support, people are obliged to perform duties totally different from their contracts, take it or leave it. People are valued the same as bugs, unless part of the new management who brought people in place of very capable employees, who are now humiliated and downgraded to the lowest extent. How does the NetEnt board approve on this, I don't know, but it is shameful and disgusting all over.
