Avantages

NetJets is an amazing place to work. Berkshire Hathaway backed, means alot. During the pandemic we took NO grants or government support and had NO mandatory lay offs. Pay is comparable and benefits are top notch. NJA is also completely debt free which is a huge plus should there be any economic downturn. Leadership is engaged and supplies regular updates to the organization.

Inconvénients

No cons at this time.

Avantages

They pay 100% of your premiums for benefits. This is how they retain a lot of employees because the base knows that they can get paid better salary elsewhere, but not a lot of places at this size will offer that. As long as the richest of the rich people want to fly private, this business is going nowhere so there's a lot of job stability for people who keep their head down and only offer up ideas their senior leaders can present as their own.

Inconvénients

Office politics, drama, "traditional" ways of thinking (enjoy those 2 days at home while you can!) - all this can be your's for a mid (if you're lucky) to low end of the market range salary & you'll need to work as hard as you can for a Meets Expectations and a 3% increase (that by the way, you should be honored to receive). It was sad to see that there were great people in these walls at all levels, but many of the Director/VP level individuals who have convinced themselves they are peers to the clients that NetJets serves because they get an opportunity to shake their hands once a quarter was a major disappointment. It was especially disappointing to see how women in leadership capacities were condescending about other women who were trying to advance their careers and stand up for themselves in a male-dominated industry.
