Avantages

Great working environment if you want to work comfortably and having great colleagues. Job scope isn't too tough. With more practice, you'll get the hang of it. Can consider as a retirement job and if you're willing to learn more and take up more responsibility they will management will take it into considerations.

Inconvénients

Slow career progression and higher management micro-manage. Job can get pretty boring over a period of time. Salary is pretty low for the amount of 'task' you have to do. 24hrs standby with no standby allowance.

Avantages

Worked as an Associate Engineer and gained valuable exposure to Singapore’s telecom infrastructure and network operations. The company provides a stable working environment with opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues. Good place for fresh graduates or engineers who want to understand project coordination, contractor management, and operational processes. Colleagues are generally supportive and teamwork across departments is decent.

Inconvénients

Career progression may feel slow unless you actively take on additional responsibilities

Avantages

The working environment is quite stable, and the colleagues are supportive, which makes it easier to learn and adapt. The company also provides good exposure to infrastructure operations on a large scale, and the work-life balance is better than what you usually hear about in other industries. I also like that NetLink Trust encourages continuous improvement through Lean initiatives. There are opportunities to share ideas, improve workflows, and actually see changes being implemented.

Inconvénients

Because the company is currently evolving and implementing new initiatives, employees may experience changing priorities and an increase in adhoc work. The pace of change can occasionally be challenging while teams adapt to the new direction.
