Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company. Management is disgusting, the company is extremely cheap, and the overall culture is toxic. The process is disorganized, communication is poor, and employees are treated as expendable. During my time in sales, I experienced constant micromanagement, unrealistic targets, and a complete lack of support or recognition. Despite putting in long hours and effort, I saw management prioritize cost-cutting over people or results. The overall experience was extremely frustrating and demoralizing. This organization is rotten from the inside, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a professional, respectful work environment.
