      Avantages

      I got a lot of freedom and trust and the colleagues were great. The work was super exciting.

      Inconvénients

      At the time I was there we were doing quite a bit of custom work for big clients, it made it hard to focus on long term product vision.

      Great people and work environment Product has very high efficacy Mgmt is very focused and supportive

      Inconvénients

      Highly competitive market with many mature offerings A bit of a one trick pony where others have deeper offerings ML models have to be built for each use case due to the efficacy

      The people are amazing - everyone really cares about what they do The concept is great

      Inconvénients

      Change in C level leadership was a disaster, dinosaur views on how things should be run, turned into the boys club Org needs to pivot the product into something that customers can implement without making it over complicated People are being let go left right and centre Morale was extremely low when I left
