      Overall, a fantastic place to work with cutting-edge solutions and a supportive culture. However, communication platforms can sometimes feel noisy, making it hard to filter important updates. Additionally, operating across three key geographies presents some coordination challenges, but the team does a great job of managing them

Having gone through the acquisition in Australia it is great to hear you refer so positively to the way that has and continues to be managed. There is no doubt making communications across 3 geographies that circle the globe is tough, but a lot of effort is made on a daily basis to ensure it is as streamlined and effective as possible - so its nice to read that you feel that those efforts are successful. There have indeed been some big changes across the business, but we try to maintain our agility and speed where we can, but it isn't always easy.
