      Good and helpful People Professionalism and management processes

      Inconvénients

      Overall atmosphere is bad. People leaving left and right. Leadership and management changes every 3 months. Less than 5% People get Performance reviews only after desperate and constant hounding.

      Low quality projects Difficult clients Project Managers and QAs don't have 100% remote option which contradicts our mission statement.
