      Micromanagement. Employees gaining promotions or offers through nepotism. Unreasonable work loads. Lack of accountability from management. KPI's and billable hours are how employees are measured for success.

      Avantages

      I enjoy working at Netier because they provide me opportunities to build my skills and the team are very lovely to work with. We collaborate as a team and bounce ideas off each other. My manager is also approachable, clear with expectations, and genuinely supportive. I always feel comfortable asking questions or bringing up ideas, and feedback is constructive rather than critical.

      Inconvénients

      It can get very, very busy at times.
