      There's a lot of growth. You are handed things and given complete ownership.

      There isn't much appreciation for your work. You just do stuff and be content with it.

      Avantages

      Good culture. Understanding boss. Consistent work. Opportunities for a raise. Don’t need to know anything about low-voltage cabling to work there, all the skills you need will be taught to you. Just bring a hop attitude and a good work ethic.

      None. I am sorry, but I really can't think of any good reason to work here.

      Inconvénients

      I noticed my 401-K deductions were not going into my 401-K account, had to squawk about it before they were finally made....after a long wait. So in reality, I gave them an interest free loan. My experience was terrible with the company, and I would not recommend working here to anyone.
