Avantages
I genuinely love being part of our group of companies. Not just because we’re growing (which we are!), but because it feels like we’re doing something meaningful — for Ukraine, for the economy, and for people around us. I really appreciate the kind of culture we’ve built: there’s no toxicity, no drama — just supportive, respectful, and genuinely friendly people. It’s rare, and it means a lot. I also enjoy how structured everything is — processes make sense, things are clear, and there’s space to focus on what really matters. And maybe the biggest thing for me — there’s room to grow. Personally, professionally. You feel trusted and seen. That’s the kind of environment I want to stay in and grow with.
Inconvénients
One thing I truly value is how open and honest my communication with my manager is. We regularly talk through the things that matter to me, and adjust our workflow so that it’s both comfortable for me and effective for the business. Because of that, it’s honestly hard for me to even name any real downsides — everything feels clear, balanced, and human. I’m genuinely thankful to the company and especially to my manager for creating such a space. It’s the most comfortable work environment I’ve ever experienced — and it means a lot.
