      Was a great company until you got to a level where it meant dealing with the US management structure direct, at which point it became increasingly obvious that they had no idea how the world east of Boston worked...

      Avantages

      High energy management an aggressive with acquisitions to grow company.

      Inconvénients

      Like many tech companies, this company was growing via acquisition. I was one of the people absorbed into the company this way and they acquired several others quickly. While the ideas of the acquisitions were strategically sound, them integration was not well thought out and that leads to difficulties in delivery of products and sales.
