      Avantages

      If you an accounting or finance major looking to get professional experience with SAP ERP (Sales & Dist.) and general accounting clerical duties, then NSC is your place. The physical office environment and technology is quite pleasing. Plus, free Dunkin Donuts Coffee all day!

      Inconvénients

      NSC misleads the position and opportunities in the interview process and they do a very good job at it. The compensation is subpar compared to the same positions in the same industries within it's geographical location. The office environment is very introverted and mundane. Advice to prospective employess; do not expect to be compensated for hard work and dedication to the company. Get the experience and use it as leverage to get a real job.

      Avantages

      I've been here 6+ years, and this is a great place to work. Network's business model is strong and growing, due to its strong reach in multiple industries. People are willing to share ideas and help each other grow. The culture is amazing and trickes down from the CEO, who is positive, understanding, and supportive. Leadership and HR listens to employee suggestions and more importantly, acts upon them. Everyone, no matter your experience or position, has a voice. This is extremely refreshing and rare in today's work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Haven't found any yet, this is the best company I've ever worked for.

      Avantages

      Good culture, collaborative environment. Decent company if you are not looking for career advancement.

      Inconvénients

      Base pay is ok, bonus structure is not market competitive. Hard to get promoted.
