People are willing to share ideas and help each other grow. The culture is amazing and trickes down from the CEO, who is positive, understanding, and supportive.
Leadership and HR listens to employee suggestions and more importantly, acts upon them. Everyone, no matter your experience or position, has a voice. This is extremely refreshing and rare in today's work environment.
