      Inconvénients

      Most disingenuous people ever. Toxic work environment. High Turnover and Constant internal shuffling, not a surprise given the environment created. These people will pretend you are family and then stab you in the back with no remorse whatsoever.

      Avantages

      Love everyone I work with. My team is awesome. We love working with each other and really have a good time. I actually look forward to going to work vs. just staring at a computer all day at home. My old job was work from home 100% and all I did was get bored and had no growth options.

      Inconvénients

      Can be stressful at times with lots of work to get done. Teams seem to change a lot.

      Lack of formal training or explanation of client-specific needs. The people are stretched then with little chance of advancement
