      Avantages

      Was good people, but everyone has moved on since. Simulators were alright

      Inconvénients

      Narcissistic, toxic management and CEO. Severely overworked, and don’t you dare ask for more money. You should be grateful for the opportunity of working there. Family members mixed in with management and no HR

      Avantages

      1. Supportive and collaborative team environment. 2. Interesting work with opportunities to learn and develop new skills. 3. Fast paced business that encourages initiative and problem solving.

      Inconvénients

      1. As with many growing companies, priorities can change quickly and require flexibility. 2. Workloads can be busy during peak periods. 3. Some processes are still evolving as the business continues to grow.

      staff are great , however, all have moved on now so not really a good point.
