      Product is ok and they have some customer traction

      Inconvénients

      Environment is bad lead but the dictator CEO and morale is bad - canceled bonuses and lots of yelling and blaming

      Work - Life Balance CTO and CEO sincerely take interest in your life CTO wants passionate people to work for him Very low pressure environment

      Inconvénients

      Company is pretty small, which actually is a good thing.

      Avantages

      Small, diverse, and tight-knit company that manages to achieve a lot. The people who work there are more than friendly and the work environment makes it feel like you're a part of a giant family.

      Inconvénients

      Would have liked to seen more mentorship. Small company and busy schedules meant that it was hard to find guidance from others.
