Avantages
Some individual contributors genuinely care about clients and try hard to create a positive experience. A few teams are supportive despite the broader issues.
Inconvénients
The organization is extremely unstable. Leadership frequently changes direction, leaving teams confused about priorities and long-term goals. The product roadmap is constantly shifting, which makes it difficult to deliver consistent quality or feel confident in the company’s vision. The culture has become increasingly sales-driven, often at the expense of employees and the client experience. Decisions feel reactive rather than strategic. Pay and benefits lag behind comparable companies, and there’s little sense of investment in employee growth or well-being. Overall, it’s not an environment where most people will feel supported or set up for success
