mainly the ceo - as much as they talk about positive culture and values, there is too much blame coming from the top as the ceo is very particular on certain things and is quick to find problems or errors, but not solutions or recognize when things are done right. if you work to hire really good employees, let them do their job, and learn the people skills to lead them and learn to be less aggressive. also some serious concerns with recruiting and the approach of their main recruiter. i am not sure if he was trained properly but he was a bit passive with my interview, hung up on me at one point and did not seem to appraciate my bringing up work life balance which is a reasonable question
