      Avantages

      It is such a famous company, with so many childhoods tied into it, but the people in the office are not happy. There is a toxic atmosphere at Nintendo of Europe and many people are visibly dissatisfied. -Great coworkers -Intelligent people -A product that everyone loves -Stability in employment -An exciting industry -Play games at work -30 vacation days

      Inconvénients

      -Micromanagement -A lot of office politics -Over-reaching protocols that create more red tape -All decisions seem to be made by Nintendo of Japan, allowing little autonomy
