      Feels like a non profit where the focus is on the work itself. Very academically driven, working on projects where you can see value.

      Inconvénients

      The academic hierarchy within the company at teams leaves titles and levels ambiguous in a way which makes it difficult to navigate advancement

      Avantages

      Everything. Management and co-workers were extraordinary. Work was rewarding. Had many opportunities to learn and lead our customer in technical directions.

      Inconvénients

      As a subcontractor, there was a few weeks delay in getting paid, but that was resolved over time.
