      Avantages

      Medium-sized company that is continuously growing, opening up new opportunities for its employees. Prefers growing talent from within but also recognizes when to infuse talent from outside. A very good training ground for any employee who would like to experience the corporate world while still enjoying personal relationship with co-workers that bigger organizations sometimes fail to offer.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is competitive but still not in the same level as the bigger corporations.

      Avantages

      Northernworx KPO cultivates and nurture a learning environment especially for highly motivated and talented individuals. They lack the bureaucracy of a large organization and promotes a friendly and informal environment for employees, much like a close-knit family.

      Inconvénients

      As a growing company, they sometimes experience the "birth pains" of establishing new processes, procedures, and policies. There is a need to enhance the change management skills of the company's leaders.
