Horrible place to work - Avis employé Research Scientist Notco

I worked at NotCo for 15 months, and my experience was disappointing. The company claims to have developed AI technology to solve problems in packaged food development, but in reality, it is simple software that performs calculations easily done in Excel. It feels like a scam, riding on the AI boom to extort money from investors and other food companies. The CEO frequently uses inappropriate language, even in formal meetings. The company lacks vision and proper planning and does not prioritize employee well-being. There's a lot of politics, and people often undermine each other to get ahead. I would not recommend working here.
