      1. Unrealistic quotas and KPIs 2. Toxic work-life and personal life balance 3. Lack of consistency from week to week on expectations or direction from upper management 4. Lack of transparency from upper management on production and support Overall, this company has been in the space for a long time, so there is a positive side to joining, but you will be viewed as a number rather than a human being. If you do not hit your quotes or expectations, they will start to push you out.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide detailed feedback. We agree that Notified offers a great product selection. We do have quotas for all of our sales roles - and have also added lucrative commission incentives to those that exceed quota.

      Avantages

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Inconvénients

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
