      Avantages

      I joined Novarad because they are privately owned and are very economically stable. They create products that help people and that gives me the purpose, through work, that I was looking for. They pay a large portion of the medical premium and match some of the HSA which pays for the rest. The people are great and the product is well respected.

      Inconvénients

      Our office situation is not ideal as the managers are generally not sitting close to their teams.

Your group is also responsible for so much of Novarad's success because you take the knowledge you have learned and help create the trusted products and outstanding customer experience that Novarad is known for.
