Avantages
They pay decent, they don't over work you unless you're willing. The people are great to work around and with.
Inconvénients
They never have replacement parts! Everything ordered or needed needs to be approved by 8 different levels of management and better have good reasoning for any purchase. You have to supply your own daily needed items like loctite, thread tape, super glue, electrical tape and so on..
