      Avantages

      Novogara is a large dedicated server provider with customers located worldwide, they offer unmanaged dedicated servers and excellent (24x7) customer service.

      Inconvénients

      Because Novogara has a 24x7 costumer service, I had nightshifts. the nightshifts where not my favorite shifts.

      Avantages

      Excellent team and CEO. We as support team went out of our way to satisfy the customers and the customers appreciated that.

      Inconvénients

      Long shifts and salary is not that great!
