      Good company benefits Good progression in the first year, after that it is very site dependent Good level of autonomy in the role

      Inconvénients

      Working at a busier site seeing more clients daily can be tough Travelling to different sites to cover when needed is expected. For some regions this is more than others and can be up to 1hr 30 - 2hrs from your home site.

      Flexibility to work and a kind team of people

      Inconvénients

      No value placed on staff , staff are treated like they are dispensable, recently huge cuts to employee benefits and no access to online journal articles or regard for evidence based practice
