      Avantages

      The people. The support team is filled with some of the kindest, understanding, down to earth people. I really enjoy my colleagues and feel well respected and valued. This is a great place to learn and the best job I have ever had.

      Inconvénients

      Since the merger, the culture has really changed. There are no more regular company/team outings or events and instead of salary increase or stipends, there are a lot of new rewards programs where you can read books, track fitbit steps, compliment your coworkers in redemption for giftcards. It's better than nothing, but I'm just not a fan.

      I joined Nutshell at the end of 2025 and I absolutely love the company and the people. The culture is genuinely positive—teams are supportive, collaborative, and filled with people who truly believe in what they do every day. There’s real pride in the product, and it shows. People are passionate, thoughtful, and deeply committed to customers and to each other. There are also great perks that make day-to-day life better: a flexible schedule (“flex time”), multiple offices for hub visits, holiday perks, and plenty of thoughtful extras throughout the year. On top of that, being part of a parent company that’s been recognized as a “Best Places to Work” for 10 years really shows in the employee experience. Highly recommend Nutshell to anyone looking for a team-oriented environment, strong culture, and a company people are proud to represent.

      Inconvénients

      Honestly, I don’t have any real cons—this is a genuinely a positive place to work, and I actively recommend it to people in my network.
