They tell you what their vision is, not what you’ll get day to day. Unfortunately, they led me on for months and then when I reached out asking what’s going on, I got a “technically the contract is sitting on a desk somewhere unsigned. Without a contract there’s no job. So you don’t have a job.” After leading me on and me leaving my job for them. It seems like it’s going to be great, and I think it would have been if the contract was actually followed through on but I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and the dishonesty by the end.
