      Avantages

      Never had any issue with co-workers or managers. Atmosphere at work was always good.

      Inconvénients

      I'd say 2 major ones. Firstly there are lay-offs every year or so. Okin was and is heavily dependant on a single customer and that back fired. Management is trying to amend that, but while I wish the company to succeed I'm afraid it might be too little too late. Second con is strongly related to the first one. Since so many teams and departments were closed or are being closed, career opportunities are diminished.

      Avantages

      Everyone is friendly here. It's a warm and welcoming environment. An encouraging and positive place to work. It's not like any other call center and that's good. They want you to succeed and help you do so.

      Inconvénients

      I've not noticed anything exceptionally terrible. Normal office stuff.

      Avantages

      overall is it positive. managers and office support staff try to make it fun/pleasant. office is clean and nice and newer desks and look. easy to get promotions.

      Inconvénients

      training for some programs are long. work is good once you get going.
