      Avantages

      Good location in Prague, Canteen in the building ( Not linked to OKIN)

      Inconvénients

      Immature and un professional management, lying to people when hiring about roles and responsibilities. Changing positions and commitments once the employees are engaged and willing to start. The head of the company both in Prague and Ostrava are not smart or intelligent further than their common sense and thirst of complying with their almost fully dependant client.

      Avantages

      Everyone is friendly here. It's a warm and welcoming environment. An encouraging and positive place to work. It's not like any other call center and that's good. They want you to succeed and help you do so.

      Inconvénients

      I've not noticed anything exceptionally terrible. Normal office stuff.

      Avantages

      overall is it positive. managers and office support staff try to make it fun/pleasant. office is clean and nice and newer desks and look. easy to get promotions.

      Inconvénients

      training for some programs are long. work is good once you get going.
