      Avantages

      The product is second to none and customers are buying it.

      Inconvénients

      I can only mirror and repeat the questionable comments made about the leadership and the CEO, I have also followed up with other employees that left the company after me and it is the same narrative throughout. My advice before accepting a role....search in LinkedIn for former employees and contact them and speak to them, If you can, avoid this company. They failed to go IPO many times and instead kept changing direction. Avoid.

      Avantages

      In my 8 months of interning at OPSWAT, the work culture stood out like no other. From the first day I was greeted and welcomed by several people around the office. I always looked forward to team/office lunches and playing ping pong with my peers. I was also able to take on important projects and regularly meet with customers and prospects. Lastly, everyone wants you to succeed, and as an intern everyone is willing to help you grow. I have learned so much throughout my two sessions as a Product Manager Intern. I would recommend this position and OPSWAT to anyone as it is a great place to work.
