      Avantages

      - Room for own initiative and ideas - Opportunities to work abroad eg in the US, Australia or Nordic - you work with intelligent people which is challenging - there is room to think about innovative ideas and when the idea is good enough you cam be asked to carry it out - nice building - development programs for employees, especially for (young)professionals - not much hierarchy. Directors are always open to have a chat with you

      Inconvénients

      It's hard to think of any.

      Avantages

      They give a high level of autonomy & care a lot about team culture. It's like working with social nerds that want to make a difference.

      Inconvénients

      It's a very flat organization and there is limited room for vertical growth.

      Avantages

      Great on-site work space (free snacks, pool table); immediate bosses were empathetic, helpful, & knowledgeable; their main product is straightforward and not too complicated to manage.

      Inconvénients

      High workload that could easily lead to burnout.
