Avantages
-Once you get to know the other employees, you feel like you've become a part of their family. Relationships are very important in this company. You can get things done much faster by being on good terms with certain individuals -My department was easy going. I had a great boss that did not micromanage my work and was very supportive. I thoroughly enjoyed working in that department -Very flat company. You don't have I, II, III, etc. for most positions. There will be engineers with the same title who have a 10 year experience gap from each other. The title is not as important here as it is elsewhere.
Inconvénients
-Overcrowded parking lot with tiny spaces -Test equipment is pretty aged -Very few company events (luncheons, BBQs) -Due to the low turnover of most positions, there is a lack of younger employees -Many things the company does feels like penny pinching
