      Good work life balance is about it

      Inconvénients

      Terrible training provided by management who are very rarely in the office less than 1 a week. Partners are totally behind in management style and firm needs a massive swing.

      Avantages

      Its very casual and people were also friendly. You also don't work overtime or have too much stress.

      Inconvénients

      You don't get a lot of responsibilities and first few months of internships will be very very boring. They also pay a lot on detail and if you get some minor thing wrong.
