      Avantages

      Its to land a first job in animation there.

      Inconvénients

      Salaries are abysmal, management is corporate and cold and doesn’t care about artists, bad working conditions with unpaid overtime and tight deadlines, Business model is built on exploiting young artists and treat them as disposable.

      Solid teamwork and shows gratitude after deadline delivery and hard work.

      Inconvénients

      Deadlines were not consistent, occurring massive overtime afterwards and miscommunication between departments.
