In your case, it looks like that may have had the effect of changing directions, even after receiving training. While we try to avoid these situations, sometimes the nature of the business requires that we have to change course. Also, the technology we select is defined by the customers’ needs and our ability to deliver exceptional service. As a consideration, we give our employees the option to chose between getting terminated or resign to protect their future. We never force anyone to resign. However, we will let our management team know to ensure there is clarity in such discussions. We are taking steps to install more kitchen amenities for employees and increase the frequency of office care to increase office cleanliness. We have checked and verified that there have been no salary payment delays. We are sorry that you felt so frustrated with your experience.
