      Inconvénients

      Talent who would like advancement is fleeing quickly. Marketting has too much control on the projects. The project you will work on is likely part of a shady market related to violating customer data privacy.

      - Given the space to make meaningful contributions, opinions are respected; - Low stress environment with friendly people; - Vacation policy is generous; - Interesting and challenging work; - Business is well-managed; - Free coffee + snacks.

      Inconvénients

      - Work-from-home flexibility is being restricted going forwards; - Seems to be a very long service period required to achieve some roles (e.g: 20 years); - Won't provide engineer title or pay for OIQ membership fees.
