Avantages

Applicable if you are getting hired in Testing team and that too in Bangalore!! Follow the below ones: 1.You will get to see the baddest of the bad environment here. 2. You will get to see the level of demotivation and hate speech, public humiliation (which is carried out by the head of Bangalore centre here) 3. The most pathetic mentality especially one of People management person who is relative of one of “THE HEADS” here. She will be the one who will ensure to ruin your entire life in this hell 4. You will get to see “No Projects” here. All they have is just client.

Inconvénients

They will keep on making a fool of you that you will get a good project here. No cab facility The free food that they will mention to attract you isn’t free. It gets deducted from your own salary Hard to communicate with people in Bangalore team. The ones sitting in Gurgaon will ensure that they aren’t able to understand anything related to project and will turn your complete tenure a bad decision. They will keep forcing employees to put positive reviews on glassdoor No HR, No admin, No finance, no facility in Bangalore centre. Forget about facility, there are no projects to work on. The automation projects are the ones that will ruin your skillet here. If you are hired on contract basis, even god cannot save you from being fired. Join if you wanna ruin yourself and get into depression. PLEASE AVOID AMD BEWARE!!

Dear Reviewer Thank you for your review, but I think you are confusing Octro with some other Company as we do not have any office in any of the location mentioned by you: Bangalore & Gurgaon. Our offices in India are located at Noida & Chandigarh.
