Avantages
The company is full of talented, dedicated people all pulling in the same direction. It has a really collaborative culture where everyone has a voice. We also work with world class products and partners, and the company has a strong focus on continuing to improve our product portfolio. The business allows remote working, but still promotes meet-ups and collaboration where beneficial, but the flexibility around this is really appreciated. I've had the opportunity to work with an incredible array of global clients. Management are generally incredibly supportive, and I can see a genuine pathway for future personal development within the organisation.
Inconvénients
Historically sales has not always been in sync with other departments like product and marketing to ensure we have the tools and material we require that enable us to sell our products as effectively as possible, but to be fair this has been openly noted by management and is rapidly improving. The overall benefits package could be stronger compared to other tech organisations, but again there is acknowledgement of this from senior management and will hopefully continue to improve.
