      The remote culture is real. Teammates are great and always willing to help. The team leaders are very involved in the team,

      Inconvénients

      Too many changes without expecting that the latest takes effect. A lot of work for a single worker. Bad reviews from the most known product. Updates releases full of bugs.

      Avantages

      - Great co-workers! - High perspective of evolution (I became manager in 2 years.) - Possibility of learning new thing - Fully remote company: work from everywhere in the world. - Flexible hours possible: perfect balance between work and the family sphere. - Company event: we meet once a year, all together.

      Inconvénients

      - You need a lot of self-discipline and self-motivation to accomplish your tasks and goals. It's not really a "con", but as we are 100% remote, you really need to be organized and dedicated to your job.
