      The people in the company are super friendly, payments are on time and competitive. You can work at your own pace as long as you finish your tasks.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes you get bored of working from home and you have to go to a friends place or to a bar.

      Avantages

      - Great co-workers! - High perspective of evolution (I became manager in 2 years.) - Possibility of learning new thing - Fully remote company: work from everywhere in the world. - Flexible hours possible: perfect balance between work and the family sphere. - Company event: we meet once a year, all together.

      Inconvénients

      - You need a lot of self-discipline and self-motivation to accomplish your tasks and goals. It's not really a "con", but as we are 100% remote, you really need to be organized and dedicated to your job.
