Inconvénients
The founder is a bully and fires people if they disagree with him on any point. People are scared of him. As the company pays in USD and for many, they make more with OnTheGoSystems than for a local company as their currency is worth significantly less (eg they live in Egypt or Argentina). However, the founder seems to exploit this fact and makes the staff work long hours and is very demanding with unreasonable requests. The founder wants the staff to follow all his orders and not let them come up with new ideas. If they do have new ideas he agrees with, then he passes them off as his own. People live in fear of getting fired from this company. Please avoid.
