      Avantages

      Leaving the business is the only pro I can think of

      Inconvénients

      - Shocking management CPO, CTO and other exec are awful. - HR team is non existent - Massive egos - Lack of leadership and support - Cases of people not getting paid - Engineering culture is toxic. Lead Dev is a control freak. Leadership team in tech are not nice people. - The company is laughable. Avoid at all costs. If you literally have nothing else then still reject them you’ll be better off.

      Si vous aimez être mis au défi de devenir votre meilleur, c'est l'endroit idéal. Vous êtes traité comme un adulte, digne de confiance pour offrir le meilleur, car les attentes ici sont à juste titre élevées.

      Avantages

      The team are really friendly, training is in-depth and feedback is really useful. They make a real effort to make those WFH feel included and understand the importance of ensuring everyone feels part of the team. A real focus on wellbeing of the staff too.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of new information to take in before moving on to talking to customers, can feel overwhelming at times.
