      I implore any prospective employee to read all of the comments associated with this company, including the negatives. There is a reason there are so many negatives comments and all of them true and identify all of the faults with this company.

      Avantages

      I worked in the Brookfield, WI location in 2017. I really liked the people who worked there and they were always willing to accommodate their employees.

      I have no cons from this place.

      Avantages

      At least my co-workers are emotionally supportive.

      Inconvénients

      It's very exhausting to work for the abusive leadership of Oncourse Learning. Employees here are constantly bombarded with more tasks and responsibilities, often overloading and overworking us. Our leaders don't seem to mind if we get burned out, and exhausted. All they care about is giving us more work to do.
