Good company - Avis employé Assistant Manager Oncourse Learning

I worked in the Brookfield, WI location in 2017. I really liked the people who worked there and they were always willing to accommodate their employees.

I have no cons from this place.

At least my co-workers are emotionally supportive.

It's very exhausting to work for the abusive leadership of Oncourse Learning. Employees here are constantly bombarded with more tasks and responsibilities, often overloading and overworking us. Our leaders don't seem to mind if we get burned out, and exhausted. All they care about is giving us more work to do.
